遗留的政策

宗旨声明:

利记sbo affirms the principle that its 学生, 教师, staff and guests have a right to work, study and enjoy the society of the University community without being subjected to an action or situation which recklessly or intentionally endangers mental or physical health or involves the forced consumption of alcohol or drugs for the purpose of initiation or affiliation with any organization.

This policy applies to all members of the 利记sbo community including visitors to the campus and employees of 供应商 and contractors

被欺侮 is against New York State Law and is a violation of 利记sbo Code of Student Conduct. 被欺侮 of any type will not be tolerated.

任何员工, 教师 or staff member found to have violated the anti-hazing policy shall be subject to disciplinary action set forth in the grievance procedure or in the contract between 利记sbo and the AAUP including but not limited to, immediate suspension or dismissal. All such penalties set forth above shall be in addition to any penalty pursuant to the New York State Penal Law or any other law to which a violator or organization may be subject.

责任:

All members of the University community are covered under this policy; however, resolution of charges may differ depending upon whether the individuals involved are 学生 or employees of the University. Complaints against 学生 will be processed through the dean of 学生’ office for resolution within the University student disciplinary system. Complaints against University employees will be forwarded to the Director of 人力资源 for resolution within the appropriate University grievance procedure systems.

执行:

Enforcement of 利记sbo policies is the responsibility of the office or offices listed in the “Resources/Questions” section of each policy. The responsible office will contact the appropriate authority regarding 教师 or staff members, 学生, 供应商, or visitors who violate policies.

利记sbo acknowledges that University policies may not anticipate every possible issue that may arise. The University therefore reserves the right to make reasonable and relevant decisions regarding the enforcement of this policy. All such decisions must be approved by an officer of the University (i.e. president, vice president for academic affairs, or vice president for financial affairs).
